Happy Monday all! How was your day? My day was actually pretty fantastic even if it didn’t quite go as planned. I had one tasty breakfast, a good harvest from the garden, a great AM walk, an unplanned lunch out and a “no cook” dinner.
I have a pretty big todo list this week at work and made really good progress on it to boot.
Before heading out this morning, breakfast a la The Husband. He delivered it while I was getting ready saying That’s Amore!
Sandwich Bros Turkey Sausage Egg White Flatbread (4 sp), berriesAfter breakfast, I picked these from our garden. We have a bunch more with peppers and grapes growing too.I honestly was really excited for my Spicy Peanut Noodles for lunch when my coworker stopped by to remind me we had an anniversary luncheon today. We take people out for their work anniversaries. Seeing as this is my team, I had to say Si, to Tres Hermanos.
My nemesis – Chips and Salsa. I honestly should just eat this as my meal. I started with my 12 chips for 4 Smartpoints then the guacamole came out…. adding a few more. You would think my side salad would stop me, but, I have to say chips+salsa+ranch are delicious. Add 4 more SmartPoints.I ordered the Shrimp Fajitas with whole beans. I actually only ate the shrimp fajita mix and guacamole so there is a little success in that (3 sp).I love it when we have leftovers. Some things are just better the next day and well I love a no cook dinner.
When I took The Husband his plate, I said That’s Amore and he said I got it right! Every bite of this lasagna makes him think how I cooked it with love awww. (10 sp).26 Daily WWFreestyle Smartpoints, 10K steps
Off to kick up my heels, watch TV and read my new Cooking Light Magazine.
Night all!

You have to be able to eat at Tres Hermanas once in a while and wouldn’t the pot beans
be zero points?
DanicasDaily says
Hi Terri,
Yes, the beans are zero. I was actually full so that is why I did not eat them 🙂
Thanks,
Danica
