The Final Round

December 28, 2018 by DanicasDaily Leave a Comment

Happy Friday all! Our Christmas break has been great so far and I have officially let go of my to-do lists to just have fun. It has been a good change to just relax and enjoy everything/everyone versus feeling like I have all these things to accomplish since I have the time off.

We have one last Christmas celebration tomorrow and I think after that I feel like I’ll be ready to get back into my workout groove. I actually “miss” hiking, walking and dare I say Jillian workouts. No promises that I’ll get hard core before the New Year but it’s a good feeling to have when you feel ready and  actually want to.

This morning, I used up the rest of our liquid eggs that I bought to make the Lemony Pudding Cakes to make this 1 point scrambled this morning.

1/2 cup liquid eggs plus 1 Tbsp parmesan, hot sauce, salt & pepper all scrambled up and served with 1/2 an apple.

Fun fact – The Husband told me these were the best eggs – super hearty. Do I tell him they were basically egg whites?? LolI realized I did not have enough butter for my final round of baking so I made sure to stop at Starbucks when I ran out to get it.

Tall nonfat cappuccino with caramel on top (2 sp).I like baking in the morning because sugary things never sound good. I “thought” I did good making these Snicker Surprise Cookies look Christmas-y until The Husband walked in and asked….”are you making Valentine’s day cookies already?”

Funny boy!I also made a bunch of Check Mix that I totally tasted. (4 sp).Can I just say it’s weird to me to bake after Christmas? It didn’t have the same feel but I know everyone will love it tomorrow.

We had Jersey Mike’s for lunch and I had my usual.

Mini #7 Turkey and Provolone Mike’s way plus pepperoncini and jalapenos (8 so) and a few Miss Vickie’s BBQ chips (3 sp).I actually think this Zero Point Navy Bean and Ham Soup tastes even better the next day. It’s like all the flavors blend together.18 Daily WWFreestyle Smartpoints, 8K steps

I am eyeing the bag of the 2 Smartpoint Dove Christmas Chocolates we bought so I am not sure there will be any roll forward points 😉

Night all!
