Oh, wow! What a wonderful contest, girl! Yay!!!

I have only had pumpkin butter once before. I bought it from a lady at an outdoor market. (She had a certified kitchen.) It. was. delish! Oh my. I enjoyed it straight off the spoon. YUM! It’s also yummy with steel-cut oats.

I loooove pumpkin! Never had pumpkin butter, but I love pumpkin in oats!!!
