The Slender Kitchen Meal Plan Winner Is….

I plan about half of our weekly meals and leave the other half to chance. It would be awesome if I could be more prepared for our meals and not fall back on unhealthy quick options.

    planning ahead for meals and shopping for the right ingredients are always crazy after work…this looks like it would make my life so much easier
