Hi all! How was your weekend? I’d love to say ours slowed down but it was super busy. I’m excited to tell you all that despite how crazy last week was, I managed to lose 2.8 lbs hitting 30+ lbs lost!! Definitely a bit of silver lining…
Saturday involved our Weight Watchers meeting, taking care of a bunch of work stuff which meant seeing so many burned areas (sad!) and finishing the day celebrating The Husband’s Granny’s 94th birthday.
Sunday we spent getting our life put back together, more work prep to get our offices ready to re-open next week and dinner out with The Husband’s family who came into town for the weekend.
I’m definitely looking forward to getting life back to a bit more of a routine this week. I think I will never take clean air for granite again. Our peak was air quality index was 221 and the healthy range is 0-50. I am so thankful The air is starting to clear up.
On our drive this AM, I couldn’t resist having The Husband stop just so I could snap a picture of this house. I love that they built a boat out of their fence!Weekend Snap Recap:B: The usual at Huckleberry’s & My Healthy Eggroll

I did eat the frosting off a slice of cake and I had some See’s Candy but counted every bite.
This week’s menu involves Blue Apron because I forgot to cancel our box in all of last week’s madness. I have 5 free boxes that I will be giving away this week too.
