What’s 30 minutes?

Hi all! How was your Tuesday? I wasn’t feeling my AM workout so I challenged myself to find another way to be active all day. The thing is I knew I had lunch plans so it would be challenging.

I decided on my drive home from work that I’d hop on the treadmill as soon as I walked in. We were having leftovers and The Husband would be home later than me.

Afterall, what’s 30 minutes? It’s as easy as 1-2-3 with this walk. You know what…I did it and felt so good about me. Success!

Breakfast Healthy Eggroll with grapes (3 sp).I grabbed a tall nonfat dry cappuccino with caramel on the top on my drive in (2 sp).

I also snacked on a banana mid morning so I would not be starved when we headed out for my last birthday celebration.

Sushi at Mikunis! I have the best co-workers.

I had 1/3 of this Freaky Edamame.2 of these Tuna sliders (2 sp).We ordered 4 rolls and I had 10 pieces. Here is how I counted it.

4 tempura shrimp roll peces – 6 sp

4 spicy tuna roll pieces – 4 sp

2 tuna roll pieces – 2 spPost workout easy dinner – 1 Simple Slider (5 sp) and Greek Corn Salad (2 sp).24 Daily WWFreestyle Smartpoints, 10K steps

Time for Below Deck! I am eyeing his brown sugar banana bread…must resist to plan for it in my day.

    Walking is my movement of choice 🙂 once I get outside and get moving I feel so much better!
