I take out 5 meats from the freezer on Sunday and refrigerate to thaw for the week, then when I’m at work I think about what sounds good for that nights dinner, there is always leftovers for Saturday and Sunday dinner. It makes me cook healthy most of the time.

New WW simply filling member and a total planner! I use google calendar to plan all my meals for the week, link to recipes and use my Ipad to follow recipes in the kitchen. I’ve also moved to buying groceries online and picking up at the store to cut out the middle man of making a list, just fill in straight from the recipe to the harris teeter website, love it! I’ve also made a google doc with all the blogs and recipes i’ve found through pinterest, etc. with the link to the recipe to help inspire while menu planning. now i’ve just got to covert it to WW 🙂

I usually wing my meals every week. When I am on a diet I do try to get stuff on the weekend to make on a weeknight, but don’t plan out for each day.

I plan a week worth of dinners and shop once a week for groceries. Lunches are usually leftovers of soup.
