I have joined the gym and am doing weight training, cardio and tai-chi. Next step is swimming.
I was just talking to my husband about getting a new scale! This looks awesome! I haven’t been in a bikini since I was 5 😉 but I’ve been hitting group fitness classes and the treadmill trying to get swimsuit ready!

I signed up for my first session of Zumba classes. Loving it so far!
Signed up to use the exercise machines at the hospital. Since having heart surgery, I feel safer going through the paces with professionals close at hand.

Trying to eat cleaner and more veggies
I am getting ready for tankini season by going to a Boot Camp class three nights a week for an hour! My trainer kicks my butt.
Drink more water. It is best to stay hydrated and therefore start the day with water and end the day with water.
Going to try and cut out my sweet tea. It’s an addiction. I have however been ordering it half and half lately. (half sweetened, half unsweetened) Maybe I’m trying to get use to the taste. 🙂 Hey, whatever works, right?

Upping my fruits!!
I live in what has to be the snowbelt of PA, but as soon as spring really hits, I am getting myslf outdoors to start running again for bikini (or modest one piece?!) season is here!
I’m trying to get back into jogging again and I hope the massive amounts of snow we got this winter will go away soon (AND STAY AWAY!!) so I can move more outside 🙂

I joined the Weight Watchers group at my work (which just started so everyone is pumped – first meeting on Monday!), I signed up for a 5k in August, and I bought a groupon for a gym that is right across the street from work. I always have a hard time with the gym because they are always slightly too far away…close enough that I think, “Oh yeah, I’ll totally drive 11 minutes, this is no big deal, it’s not far at all!” but then far enough that after I’ve paid the money and signed the contract, I’m all, “Ughhhh, it is sooooo far away. And traffic at this time? Then I have to look for parking?? No way!!” But this new gym…all I have to do is walk across the street. If I can’t do that, then I give up!! 😀

No bikini for me, but am happy to say I have lost 17lbs since Jan 15th!
I will increase my exercise time and eat more fruits and veggies.
Well, this body is never going to see a bikini again,, but I had fallen off the wagon, got run over by it, then it backed up and ran over me again to the point of me regaining the 30 plus pounds I lost, so just two days ago I managed to pull myself back into the wagon and have started tracking and making the choice to start back on the losing weigh again.

Yesterday was my one year anniversary in weight watchers. I am a meeting member and I love it! to date, I have lost a bit over 101 pounds! I have 15 more to go to meet the top of my BMI goal… So far, I have relied only on the scale in the meeting room and would love to have one that shows all the details!
As I’m nearing my goal, I am revamping my tracking and following the eating plan, as well as adding more toning exercises to my intense cardio. Also signed up for 2 5K in the next couple of month…
I really need to add weight lifting to my routine so I can look great in a bathing suit!!
I am logging what I eat daily in a diary to catch every calorie and I’m increasing the weights I’m lifting at the gym!
I went back to Weight Watchers on Saturday…that’s what I’m doing to get back in shape. I’m a Lifetime Member and only have a few pounds to lose to get back to my Lifetime Weight…but going to the meetings really does make a difference for me. 🙂

Try and find a number I like and I’m comfortable with. I know it’s just a number and I should feel good about how I feel.
I have started for the first time weight watchers and have lost 12 lbs. I have used other programs but have recently become allergic to certain nuts and other foods. I can’t use any of the pre-made foods that I have come to rely on when I wanted to lose some weight.

I went to WW in September and have lost almost 40 lbs. Still want to lose a lot more but feeling better & more ready for our beach vacation.
I have been trying to drink 5 or more water bottle ( 16.9oz) per day. It is hard but really worth it.

Wow. I love that scale! I have been exercising and working out on a circuit with a trainer since January. I have lost 9 pounds and 13 inches so far….I intend to keep on going! I’m taking Bar Method classes 5 days a week! When I first started taking classes in April of 2012, I was struggling to take the class 3 days a week. Now, I’m totally addicted to the class and love every minute of it. It’s made a HUGE difference in the shape of my body.
I also ran my first 10k on St. Patrick’s Day and did just over 12 minute miles….hopefully I can do the same in the Bay to Breakers 12k in May.
I am going to look at your emails everyday and cook the wonderful healthy things that I see on the website. Love your recipes, but sometimes I am too lazy to cook, chop, and make things look pretty. Going to start, especially with the egg roll.

I found this blog when searching for weight watcher friendly recipes. My boyfriend and I started weight watchers 3 weeks ago and I have lost almost 10lbs and he has lost 5lbs. I’m far from being able to participate in “bikini season” but hope to be 50lbs lighter in the summer. I have been making natural fruit/veggie smoothies for us for the last 3 weeks using almond milk, fresh fruit and fresh veggies. It kicks off our day just right and it is only 2 (sometimes 3) points.
I am going to lift weights at least twice a week….I really need to tone a few areas before beach season!

I have been running indoor at the Y two days sometimes three days a week. I do a 5k each time that took me over a 6month period to achieve. This more than anything is getting me swimsuit ready.

I am tracking very consistently and planning my workouts.
I am preparing for a 5k in June. Including warmup and cooldown, I currently run 4.25 miles in 1 hour. In January, I could only run a half mile.
I won’t be wearing a bikini – but praying for a swim suit. A group of us walk daily and climb the 4 floors of stair steps. Getting better everyday

we just started a weight watchers meeting at at work and this would be so great to have at the office. 16 of us committed to losing weight and become healthy:)

I am writing down everything that I eat — regardless if it is good or bad for me.
I gave up soda completely and am actually trying to eat more healthy fats to look good for bikini season 🙂

I hope to lose 30 lbs by summer, by eating the right foods and exercising….just tried my first Zumba class yesterday.

In the process of rehab for knee replacement and once that’s done – exercise, exercise, exercise. I cannot wait to begin long walks again. This giveaway would be a blessing in disguise. Good luck all!
Aside from my regular workouts and staying within my daily caloric intake, I am not letting my sweet tooth get the best of me. I am cutting back drastically so that I can be ready for summer in no time! :0)

Make use of the exercise machines at our local hospital rehab department.
I’ve been planning my meals the night before which really helps me be organized and not feel tempted when I get really hungry!
