Meal #1 A Spoon-able Breakfast! IMG_1864

1 scoop EAS 100% Chocolate Whey Protein Powder

1 banana

2 frozen peach slices

1 Tbsp freshly ground almond butter

lotsa ice

Equals a super filling dessert like breakfast the kept me full for 3 hours.

Meal #2: 4 Ak-Mak Sesame Crackers with a Low-Fat Sargento Cheese, 2 oz Columbo Maple Turkey and Carrots for crunch.

IMG_1866

At lunch I headed out to the Farmer’s Market with TWO things on my mind,  Spicy Hummus with Harissa  and that fluffy Wheat Pita Bread from The Hummus Guy. I am completely IN LOVE with these TWO things!

IMG_1869

I saw a new vendor at the market today and I was intrigued.   One of the dairy farmers was there selling homemade ORGANIC butter (just made on Monday).

IMG_1872

It was really cool listening to her story about the farm and how it’s made.  I was really impressed with I saw the CLEAN ingredients ~ Notice – only TWO and you will recognize them ~ cream and sea salt.  LOVE it!  There is nothing like a little bit of the real deal to go along way.  Can’t wait for my FREE DAY to have some good bread and butter.

IMG_1873

I also stopped at Target to pick up some candy for The Husband.  He is addicted to the little packets of Swedish Fish.  I was drooling all over the cover of the latest Cooking Light Magazine.   I WANT that pizza on the front!  LOVE it!  I actually read the bottom title as “low-carb lovers” and thought it would be perfect for BFL.  Ooops!  Guess I was distracted by that PIZZA :D  I know you can get all the recipes FREE online at MyRecipes.com, but, there is just something the smell of a magazine and having it in my hands to read – I have to have it sometimes LOL

IMG_1870

I also visited the $1 section and saw these cute mini plants.  I picked up the mini peppers and hope to grow it at work ~ wish me luck!  It’s so little/cute ~ I am such a sucker for mini things. IMG_1871

Last night I grilled up TWO Trader Joe’s Chili Lime Chicken Burgers to have for lunches.

IMG_1861

Meal #3 I chopped up one burger and put it on 1/2 a wheat pita wiht Spicy Hummus with Harissa and crushed red pepper flakes. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this combo!

IMG_1876

Plus a little extra hummus on the side 😀 IMG_1878

That I used for dipping my carrots in.

IMG_1882

I LOVE the Soda Stream Penguin Machine that we have at work because you can make SUPER Bubbly Fizzy water.  Plus, the Penguin Shape is so cute!  I wish I had one at home. but, for now, I settle for guzzling this at work ALL day long :D

IMG_1880

Meal #4 A really big, orange, red nectarine over 1/2 c low fat cottage cheese.

IMG_1884

Meal #5 was really fast and easy.  I heated up a serving of Leftover Baked Cheesy Turkey Ziti on a salad plate.  LOVE how huge the small plate makes my portion look.

IMG_1886

Cheesy good and definitely better the next day.

IMG_1887

I am pretty sure I’ll have Meal #6 at some point during The Biggest Loser!!!  It is going to include one of these Trader Joe’s Pear sauces with 1/2 c Trader Joe’s 2% Greek Yogurt and Cinnamon…MMMMM.  I’ll be sure to take a picture & review to share tomorrow if it happens 🙂

IMG_1891

LOVE the nutritionals and natural ingredients!

That looks just like the hummus from the hummus dude at my Farmer’s Market! They have the BEST fluffy pita bread. I’m always tempted to buy some – maybe next time I should!!

Enjoy Biggest Loser, darling! I’m watching right now.

Hey there! I was soooooooooo looking forward to BL. My guilty pleasure!

Both Bob and Jillian seemed to yell at the contestants more than ever. That approach would not go over well with me! I enjoyed it and find that when I’m struggling at the gym, I think of BL and if those folks can what they do, so can I. It gives me an extra push.

Hope you enjoyed it! Eats look awesome as always.

I can’t wait to see the before/after BFL photos – you’re going to be ripped after all your lifting and HIIT! Good luck and keep it up!
