Worth Repeating….

April 11, 2012 by DanicasDaily 25 Comments

Happy Wednesday all!  Thanks for giving me even more bread ideas to try.  It is funny because I consider myself such an adventurer with foods and LOVE trying new things. However, there are some things that are just THAT good you need to repeat them.

Like this ~ “Mock” Cherry Cobbler Dessert Breakfast for only 4 points+.

IMG_5851

Trader Joe’s Sweet & Salty Trail Mix ~ I can decide if I LOVE the fruit, nut or chips the most….today it was all about the white, chocolate & peanut butter chips! (1/4 cup = 4 points+)

IMG_6264

My FAVORITE Weight Watcher’s meal out there ~ reserved for times when I am rushing out the door with no time to grab ANYTHING….

IMG_6266

Then again, I have been dreaming of that Pad Thai we had for our team lunch STILL! (7 points+)

IMG_6278

I am pretty sure I will NEVER tire of Crunchy Greens, Red Cabbage, Carrots & nuts with Trader Joe’s Low-Fat Spicy Peanut Vinaigrette (3 points+)

IMG_6270

I also LIVE on string cheese and almost ALWAYS pair it with fruit for staying power (1 points+)

IMG_6281

AND, LAST, BUT, NOT LEAST ~ CHIPOTLE!!!

Ummm, I can NEVER resist these ~ I decided after my way too long commute home….I NEEDED some crunch in my life!

3 crunchy corn taco shells with chicken, pico de gallo, corn salsa, cheese & lettuce (15 points+ or 5 points+/taco)

IMG_7725

As a side note ~ I totally planned on cooking tonight….that was until my train was delayed for 3 HOURS!!!  We actually got bused to another train stop only to wait another hour and catch the original train we were on….I totally should’ve taken The Husband up on his offer to walk to the sushi place and have him meet me there Winking smile

Q’s:

Ok, your turn ~ what is one thing you can eat all the time and never get tired of?

Night all!

My favorite salad… lettuce, black beans. Wholly Guacamole 100 calorie pack, a sprinkle of cheddar cheese and Trader Joe’s Mild Party Salsa. It’s so yummy and I can eat it daily.

It’s a tie between banana with 2 tsp of natural peanut butter OR guacamole.

Breakfast my go-to meal is Weight Watchers Amaretto Cheesecake Yogurt with some type of fruit in it, Banana, Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries or a mixture of all of them! Lunch time I am a fan of cottage cheese, sunrise slaw with Newman’s Own Lite Asian Ginger dressing and some type of fruit! As for dinner I eat a lot of Flat Out Pizza’s and Morningstar Spicy Black Bean Burgers with Kale Chips!

My microwave apple “crisp” topped with Greek yogurt. Rice cakes with crunchy PB, cottage cheese, and banana. Oatmeal (any which way). Green smoothies (original coconut milk, frozen banana, frozen baby spinach, vanilla whey powder, and chia seeds). Pita pizzas. Chickpeas in anything. I have LOTS of go-to faves!

Hi! I really enjoy your posts but have you noticed that you capitalize words a lot? Sometimes twice in one sentence. (“I also LIVE on string cheese and almost ALWAYS pair it with fruit for staying power (1 points+)”)

As I said, I really enjoy your posts. Just something to think about
