Hi all! This morning I woke up a bit before my alarm and decided to get up so I could relax after my workout. Here is a funny fact about me. After my AM workout, I always look forward to laying down on our hardwood floor to cool off… sometimes I pretend I’m meditating and other times I check emails, etc. I love this time almost as much as I love finishing my workout.
Today’s workout was a 34 minute C25K jog/walk and it felt great. I still managed to make myself rush around getting ready even though I startedy day with extra time lol.
Breakfast today was so delicious it had me wondering why haven’t I made more scrambles like this.
One diced Aidells Chicken, Mango Jalapeno Sausage sauteed with bell pepper, onion and mushrooms.Topped with 4 scrambled eggs (I add a splash of milk, hot sauce, salt & pepper to my eggs).Split between 2 plates with berries for only 3 WWFreestyle Smartpoints. FYI this is our small salad plate but I love how it visually makes it look like a lot.Breakfast kept me full for 4+ hours.
For lunch, I headed out in the sunshine for a quick 30 minute walk. I found that path to the Starbucks and they were closed for remodeling. I totally think the universe was keeping me in check.After dinner last night, I put together an extra taco salad for lunch today. My only change was eating the entire mini bag of Fritos. I knew I’d eat the whole bag if I took it as I had nobody to share it so I went with it. I had 2 cuties for dessert. 6 Smartpoints.3 hours later I snacked on 2 Tbsp pistachios and an apple.I was starving when I walked in the door (3 hours after my snack), so I grabbed a zero point egg to keep me from eating things I shouldn’t while dinner cooked.I should say while The Husband cooked as he did most of the work tonight.
