Hi all! How was your Monday? I had a super productive work day and feel good about all my food choices today even resisting the office chocolate. I definitely got my 5+ a day thanks to all the delicious fruit and veggies from work. I cannot get enough watermelon.
I wasn’t feeling eggs for breakfast so today I had a Trader Joe’s Blueberry Waffle topped with 1 Tbsp almond butter (7 sp) with watermelon.By mid morning, I was totally ready for my perfectly hard boiled egg and banana. I love zero point snacks.I took last night’s leftovers made over into a taco salad for lunch today. I added a bag if The HysHusban chili cheese Fritos for crunch.
I “tried” to only put half a bag but who does that!?! Lol. 9 Sp for my entire salad.I snacked on a Jarlsberg Mini Swiss Cheese (2 sp) and watermelon on my drive home.I cut up the huge zucchini I picked at work last week to make a big batch of Parmesan Zucchini with enough leftover for tomorrow’s lunch.Served up with a 3 oz BBQ ribs and a cucumber, tomato, pepper salad made with my other work veggies. 6 sp for my plate below.23 Daily WWFreestyle Smartpoints, 8K steps
