Hi everyone! I’m sorry about last week – all I can say is that I missed you all and it was an insane work week that really through me out of my routine. I am ready to get back to it this week and make July chalk full of blue dots on my tracker. Whose in for that challenge??
I’m super excited that I enjoyed everything on our Vegas Vacation, didn’t track at all last week and I lost 1.4 lbs this week. I definitely think there is something to be said about mindful eating which was my focus the past 2 weeks.
Today was a fun day out and about with The Husband that included meeting my mom for dinner at Panda Express. A great way to end the week and kick off the long weekend. Subliminally my fortune cookie told me I better get my bootie moving again by stepping things up to succeed lol.
