Happy Friday Eve all! You have one last chance to enter my GH Cretors Popcorn giveaway as I am drawing the winner tomorrow. Go here now to enter. Christmas vacation has officially started and I could not be more excited!! I’ll tell you more about our trip as we vacation. For now, here are a few snaps from today.
After a long day of travel, we ended up on the beach…in warmth, sunshine, sand and blue waters. But, I’m getting ahead of myself. We were up at 3:30 am this morning to catch our flight to Hawaii. My goal for this vacation is to eat mindfully, focus on WWFreestyle zero point foods as my base, round it out with alot of veggies and stop eating when I’m satisfied, not full. Oh and don’t waste points on foods that are just not good or worth and walk/hike/be active each day.
My airport breakfast – 2 zero point eggs with 2 pieces of bacon, I skipped the potatoes but I did eat that delicious bread. I totally forgot to say no butter so I went with it.This was followed up with a tall Nonfat cappuccino with caramel on top to get me through the plane ride.
After we landed and got settled in, we headed to PF Chang’s for one amazing lunch.
Our free appetizer – my favorite thing there – Chicken Lettuce Wraps. I split this with The Husband.I also ordered the Waikiki Sushi roll to share (it only seemed appropriate. This was so fresh and spicy but amazing. I am super proud of The Husband for eating it too.
I did sample his Mongolian beef. I loved how it was sweet, salty and tender.
We spent the afternoon doing a bit of shopping and walking along the beach before check in.
Here are our digs for tonight – our room with a City view. I scored a deal on Orbitz for $74 all in at Luana Hotel & Suites as I needed just one extra night added onto our trip.I love that you get to pick out and rent any DVD for free. We are getting ready to watch The Hitman’s Body Guard.
Dinner was his pick and delivered to our room from Round Table Pizza. 1 Medium slice of King Arthur and salad with ranch.
Are you staying home or travelling for the Holidays? What are your Christmas vacation plans?

I never thought I could eat just one slice of Pizza but that looks great with the salad. I would be happy. Enjoy you trip and you found a great rate on the room.
