Hi all! This morning I was up and out the door before sunrise. The best part about that…Watching an amazing sunrise as I drove to the dentist. I “rewarded” myself with a big Starbucks for my drive back to work. I was easily talked out of my lunch by my coworker when we both decided today we needed Thai. My favorite things about Thai (besides like everything on the menu!)…Zero point papaya salad if you get it without meat and Thai Basil Chicken (1 cup = 4 SmartPoints). We shared everything which made for one satisfying lunch. I really thought I’d go over my points today but it turned out better than I thought when I tracked it all – success!
