Hi all! Thanks for all the nice comments on our Chile trip. It was fun to read them and hear about some of your experiences too. Today was a busy and eventful day back in the office. The highlight was definitely our working lunch at Don Pericos. I’m proud that I ordered a salad even if I didn’t do so well with the chips. My resolve went down when the flour tortilla chips and guacamole showed up. The green sauce is pork Chile Verde and then there was regular salsa….So, so many delicious dipping options, what’s a girl to do!? Count it, enjoy then make sure I hit 12K+ steps today.
