Hi all! I’ve missed you this week. It feels like forever since I’ve shared a daily snaps. Thanks for being flexible this go round and working with whatever randomness I post with the time I have each day. This was a whirlwind week that involved a delicious retirement luncheon – I got a lake salad!, Thai Work Lunch ( shared 3 ways) and way more hours worked than I care to admit to hit our budgeting deadline.
My eats this week have really been about grab and go to stop the hunger and keep working. Not really fancy but I tried to focus on healthy eats and balance (protein with lots of fruit/veggies). I’m not feeling confident in my weigh in tomorrow but I’m looking forward to checking in and hitting the refresh button to start a new week.
Today I decided I earned a little chocolatey goodness or so my tired brain told me I did.
Daily Snap Recap:
B: 1 slice Oroweat Hoeny Oat topped with 1 Tbsp Almond Butter and banana slices (5 SP)
S: Tall Nonfat Cappuccino with caramel on top (2 SP)
L: Wrap: La Tortilla Lite Flour Tortilla topped with 1 Laughing Cow Spicy Pepperjack Wedge, 2 oz honey ham,greens, tomato, sweet jalapenos (4 SP), 1 BBQ Popchips snack bag (3 SP), Orange Slices
S: Apple, lite string cheese (2 SP)
Chocolatey motivation: tall dirty cappuccino (2 SP), 1 tart cherry dark chocolate truffle (4 SP)
D: Healthy Eggroll (5 SP), 1 Tbsp macadamia nuts (2 SP)
DS: 1 TJs dark chocolate wedge (2 SP) – not pictured
