Happy Friday Eve all! One way to know your body is used to eating healthy is to have a birthday with a bit of indulging. This morning I won’t up craving clean eats and that’s exactly what I focused on today.

B: Tillamook Marion Berry Greek Yogurt topped with a few blueberries (4 SP), tall Nonfat cappuccino with caramel on top (2 SP)
S: nothing but water and organic green tea
L: Egg Salad (1 egg + 1 egg white, 1 Tbsp Light Mayo, 1 Tbsp 0% plain Greek yogurt, 1 tsp mustard, s&p) (3 SP) on top of 1 slice Nature’s Own Honey Oat (2 SP), tossed salad with Meyer lemon olive oil & balsamic (1 SP), 1 Tbsp macadamia nuts (2 SP)
S1: Tall Nonfat Cappuccino (2 SP) & a banana
S2: (while working late) 2 cuties, light string cheese (2 SP)
D: Mary’s Pizza Shack – I love this more than pasta & pizza! Mary’s House salad with 1 Tbsp real deal ranch (4 SP), 2 slices hot sourdough with 1 tsp whipped butter (4 SP), 4 oz chicken breast topped with garlic mushrooms (4 SP)

The Husband wanted just 2 fried eggs this morning. He loves ketchup on his eggs and decorating them… Yep, he totally went “Meow” as he designed this 😀 I love that quirky boy!
