Hi all! How was your weekend? This weekend actually felt like a weekend and I love it when that happens. I’ve been thinking about my Healthy Banana Sundae for awhile now and today I decided to try a new version in the form of “Cookies n Cream”.
In my food processor, I whipped 2 frozen sliced bananas with 1 Tbsp Hershey’s 5 Ingredient Chocolate Syrup and 2 Tbsp milk.
Scoop half into a bowl. This ice cream is so good, you could just stop there, but, why??
I took 1 Famous Chocolate Wager (they are 1 point each) and crumbled it in a baggie.
I have another idea using Nutella in this ice cream and making ice cream sandwiches with the wafers. This will definitely be next on my list.
Sprinkle half the crumbled cookies now.
Top with about 2 Tbsp whipped cream, a little chocolate drizzle and the rest of your cookie.

I pretty much loved everything I ate today…almost as much as I love this ice cream. We had breakfast at Huckleberry’s and I got to try out the Sweet Bourbon Glaze on chicken that I bought last weekend. I added the grilled chicken to the Taylor Farms Asian salad for one delicious Chinese Chicken Salad. The Husband grilled sausages for us tonight to go with my Healthy Homemade Potato Salad and Artichokes.
