Happy Wednesday all! I thought I’d kick off today with a couple snaps of my view from the winery today. I am digging our sunny days and cannot wait for spring and the rain to go away.
This time of year is one of my favorites as I love seeing all the yellow flowers come through the vineyards.
The Husband “made” us breakfast this morning before I headed out the door for the journey to the winery.
I had a work lunch at one of my favorite places in Healdsburg called Agave. I ate a few more chips than planned but I’m proud I ate them slowly breaking them into pieces for extra dipping and we left chips in the basket. I go to this place just for their fajita salad (that and they sell our wines!)
For dinner, I finally made my cheesy sloppy joe crescent cups. They turned out even better than planned – I love that you can taste the tomato, peppers, mushrooms and onions with a little cheesiness in every single sweet, doughy crescent bite. It does make me sad the crescent roll eats up 4 SmartPoints per muffin but that just means next go round I need to plan for more sides to fill me up like salad, veggies and/or fruit. The recipe is coming up soon.
Daily Snap Recap:
B: Jimmy Dean Farmers Market Egg White Omelet (6 sp), Grapes & Berries
S: Tall Nonfat Cappuccino with caramel on top (2 SP)
L: @ Agave 15 chips with lots of salsa & about 1/4 cup of this amazing guacamole (8 SP), Fajita Salad with Grilled Shrimp (romaine, grilled peppers & onions, pico de Gallo, 1 Tbsp queso fresco, 1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds, 1/8 avocado, Shrimp!, Tortilla Strips, salsa & a little of the Chipotle Lime Dressing on the side) – 7 sp
S: Tall Nonfat Cappuccino with caramel on top (thanks to my co-worker!), 1/2 an orange picked from the tree at the winery (peeled & shared by my other co-worker)
D: 2 Cheesy Sloppy Joes Crescent Cups (6 SP each), 1 cup cantaloupe
37 daily SmartPoints – It’s kinda funny to me to have a higher point day with so few snaps of my eats. It probably explains why I’m still hungry. I’ll grab some fruit before bed most likely.
Night all!

Noticed you’ve been eating the Jimmy Dean omelet some. Have you tried the JD turkey sausage crumbles? They’re really good in soups, omelets, etc. Just thought I’d share!
