Happy Weekend All! Today started with a 2 lb loss at weigh in. I really felt I had a good week this past week with my eats, getting in some good walks and focusing on hitting 10K steps almost every day. Definite motivation to keep it going in my challenging week this next week.
All of my eats today were on the road so I did my best to focus on smart choices. We went to breakfast before heading out of town for a few meetings. I’m proud that I picked the salad bar and ordered a personal pizza having just half instead of diving into the large pizzas they got for everyone that no doubt had more points.
On our way back into town, we stopped at The Habit. The Husband teased me at dinner when I ordered their tempura green beans asking me if I thought they were really “Healthy Fries” because they were made with a vegetable. I said absolutely just like french fries are healthy because they are made with potatoes lol. While there probably isn’t a difference as both are fried, the entire order of my green bean fries is only 8 SmartPoints which is a total deal in my book.

S: For the drive – Tall Nonfat Cappuccino with caramel on top (2 SP)
L: @Round Table Pizza: Big salad with ranch fork dipped in the side (4 SP), 1/2 personal sausage & mushroom pizza (10 SP)
D: @Habit Burger – Grilled Chicken with grilled pineapple, grilled onions, tomato, teriyaki sauce & Swiss Cheese wrapped in lettuce (5 SP) – this wasn’t bad but it definitely tasted “healthy”, 1/2 order tempura green beans – yep he stole half my healthy fries lol (4 SP)
And because it’s the end of my week…It’s the weekend and I have weeklies left – Frozen Yogurt!
In my cup: 5oz nonfat vanilla & tart blueberry (yep I weigh it before adding toppings and they think I’m weird) topped with sprinkled, a few mini yogurt chips, captain crunch, 1 vanilla wafers, a little whipped cream with caramel and 1 gigantic malt ball.
