Happy Monday all! How was your day? I made sure to check off my workout with a 35 minute Start to Run week 4 jog /walk that went like this:
Walking warm up 5 minutes
Jog 1 minute, walk 1 minute
Jog 2 minutes, walk 2 minutes
Jog 3 minutes, walk 3 minutes X’s 3
Cool down walking to 30 minutes plus 5 more for good measure.
I end with laying on our hardwood floor for like 15 minutes cooling off – truth!
It finally cooled down here a bit so I got out in the sunshine for an hour long lunchtime walk. I came back to my delicious leftover lunch. I really love that I got to have all that tasty Chinese food twice, staying within my points and not feeling miserably stuffed either day. Such a fun way to make the program work.
