Hi all! I’m back today with a few things I’m digging lately. Shrimp is one of my favorite things to eat as it’s delicious and you get alot for very few points. I heard someone in my meeting once say you can get 77 shrimp for 6 smart points…And you know what, it’s true! Now could you actually eat that many?
Snap Recap:
B: Healthy Eggroll (1 Mission extra thin yellow corn tortilla, 1 slice sargento reduced fat Sargento Cheddar, Sriracha) 5sp, 1/2 mango topped w a sprinkle of unsweetened coconut
S: Tall Nonfat Cappuccino w caramel on the foam (2 sp)
L: 1 svg Slow Cooker Turkey & Vegetable Chili (5 SP) topped with 2 mini honey cornbread muffins used as “croutons” (6 SP), apple
S: When I’m having a not so great day, making smiley faces out of my food makes me feel better 😀 2 cuties, 1 banana, 1 Tbsp macadamia nuts (2 sp)
D: 2 Shrimp Tacos with Spicy Slaw plus extra slaw as I’m the girl that always takes the extras when they are delicious veggies.
I still have 2 points left with today coming in at 28 so far. I’ll see if I feel hungry for a snack before bed then pick what sounds good.
Do you all ever make faces or pictures with your food?
Night all!

Danica, I always look forward to your post. I would like to know your meal times. I’m thinking the snacks help but I just want to time it correctly, if not i will make the wrong choices. Thank you !
II forgot to ask, do you have a recipe for the honey cornbread?
It’s nothing fancy or from scratch. I used the Krustez Honey Cornbread, made according to the package plus 1 cup corn. Delicious!
I eat every 3-4 hours, sometimes 2-3 depending on if my body says it’s hungry. If it’s not then I wait longer or skip my snack.
Breakfast around 7am, snack 10am, lunch 1pm, snack 3-4pm, dinner 7-8 pm
So happy you are blogging again, welcome back!
Give us a list of the snacks you eat. I thought you were suppose to stop eatihg around 6or 7 in the evening.
