Hi all! Thank you for all the nice comments on my Little Me Wordless Wednesday yesterday. I was actually kinda shy to share it but The Husband was like, you have to – it’s so cute. He was right, it was fun though to share.
Today I was reminded today at how working out first thing sets the tone for the day. I chose sleep versus working out and I think maybe I would’ve handled the days work challenges better if I had worked out. That being said, I am proud if my eats and making a smart dinner choice for our work dinner.

D: @Bistro 33 Grilled Lemon Chicken Salad with the dressing on the side (romaine, tomatoes, egg, cheese, bacon, avocado, crispy onions, chicken, lemon vinaigrette) 7 sp….this salad was so good I didn’t feel like I missed out on the rich dinners everyone else had
