Hi all – Part if me is glad it’s only Tuesday and part of me is not so happy it’s only Tuesday lol. I have to be honest here in today’s post. I’m tired and when I get tired I tend to struggle not eating things I think will keep me awake or feel better. So, my strategy for that…Give in a little but track it all and that’s what today’s post is all about.
Breakfast was amazing and my cappuccino gave me a bit of happiness. Lunch was made up on a whim when staring at the fridge for what to make. I think this tortilla pizza might be my favorite new thing. It reminds me of those old school Torino’s pizza. Next time I’m using 15 pepperoni as you get that many for 1 point. We stopped at Chipotle for dinner as we headed out of town where I gave in a bit. I’m proud I told The Husband no chips because I knew I’d eat the whole bag.
I always bring my hair dresser a Starbucks and I told my “eat everything brain” it had to pick one thing: a cappuccino or a cookie with a zero point Americano. The best part, I did just that. I really can and did eat only 1/2 my cookie leaving it for 3 other treats on other days.
My day is 34 points and I’m calling it a win in my book!

B: 2 full Size Crustless Kale Quiche Muffins (6 sp), 1/4 c blueberries with half a mango sprinkled with unsweetened coconut
S: Tall Nonfat cappuccino with caramel on top (2 SP)
L = so good! Tortilla Pizza (1 La Tortilla Lite Tortilla topped w 2 Tbsp Pizza sauce, 1 oz RF mozzarella, 10 turkey pepperoni, 1 tsp parmesan, 2 chopped sweet hot peppers & a sprinkle of oregano – bake @425 for 6-7 minutes) = 4 pizza slices for 5 SP!, Salad w 1 Tbsp Sunflower Seeds & 1 Tbsp Lite Ranch (2 SP), grapes
S: Banana, lite string cheese (2 SP)
D: Big Chipotle Salad (lettuce, fajita veggies, chicken, tomato & corn salsa, a little red hot, a sprinkle of cheese and 1/4 The Husband’s Guacamole) = 10 SP….I also stole 3 bites of his cheese quesadilla (3 sp – one for each bite)
DS: 1/2 a Starbucks Milk Chocolate Graham (3 SP), Americano
I’m so IN Love with these cookies – it’s more chocolate than cookie <3
Off to gossip and get all my hair’s cut.

Thanks, it’s really helpful seeing your coping strategies on the days that are harder than usual for whatever reason (lack of sleep, work stress, PMS, etc).
