Happy Tuesday all! What do you drink throughout the day? I have a little game I play to get my water in before I can switch to something else. Obviously I start my day with coffee, then 32 oz iced water sometimes plain, sometimes with lemon/fruit and my latte or Cappuccino. Once I get that first 32 oz down, I pick a “fun” drink like sparkling water or sometimes iced tea. I then pretty much alternate that way all day (water/fun/water/fun lol) as a way to check off my water for the day. It definitely helps with not getting too bored drinking water when you drink it for the “fun” that follows. Sounds cheesy but it works, promise!
This week, I saw these Spindrift Sparkling Waters at Target. Normally I pass on all the canned sparkling water because their flavoring tastes just so artificial. But this brand caught my eye…..
100% real ingredients, real fruit, zero points. It was not only love at first sight but at first sip.
I am totally going on the hunt for more flavors to try this weekend. It might be tough to compete with the real tart blackberry taste though.
Today was a winery day so I was up and out the door early. My coworker invited me to lunch at Agave for my favorite salad. I also managed to fit in a long day with a little birthday planning for The Husband and healthy eats along the way. Dinner was super fast grilling chicken and tossing it with a Taylor Farms Asian Salad kit.

I cut up oranges, lemons, limes, cucumbers, strawberries – whatever flavor you want – and adding to my filtered water & ice – I drink more water & it’s less expensive!
Good question about the beverages. I hate spending my points on things I can’t chew! I love water…drinking a gallon a day is no problem for me. I like my coffee black so that’s zero points. I’ ve never even tried all the fancy coffee drinks. BUT….I also love cabernet sauvignon so I save points for a glass or two almost every night. Never drink juices. pop, or flavored waters anymore.
I play “games” too with my food & water- always had “rewards” too but since W.W. has become my life – I never reward with “food” items anymore . It is a new Kindle book, a manicure, etc. Love your blog & food ideas! Have you got any air fryer recipes yet to share?
I really like Bai teas! I don’t normally drink any caffeine, so was hesitant to try but they don’t seem to effect me at all. Plus, they are delicious! The SP for them are weird…the bottle is like 18 oz and 1 SP, but up to 16oz is 0 SP. Honestly, the whole thing is 10 calories so I don’t count it as a SP. #wwrebel 🙂
Does it taste anything like that La Croix? I do not like that at all…. but if it doesn’t I might give it a try.
