Happy Tuesday all! Today was another marathon meeting day that totally depended on fast eats. I’m super proud that I stayed the course making healthy choices all day even when my mouth and stomach said Noooo!
I was so thankful The Husband requested TJs waffles for breakfast making a crazy morning easy. I pondered going out to lunch but decided to heat one of my “emergency” work meals from the freezer so I could catch up on emails during lunch. It totally did the trick with the fruit and cheese helping to tide me over.
We grabbed dinner at Chipotle before heading to the store to pick up stuff for our potluck tomorrow. I have to say getting the 2 point tortilla on the side totally made up for not getting chips & guacamole – success!
The wine…well, I used almost an entire bottle in my potluck dish below and “needed” to sample a little to make sure it was good before using it in the dish lol! 😉
