Hi all! Today was a success on so many levels. I rocked one delicious 30 SmartPoints day, turned one of my meetings into a “walking meeting” then walked more at lunch and I didn’t cave into stressful eating even though I thought about it. I definitely earned my TV time tonight with 15K steps.

S: Grande Iced Nonfat Latte with caramel on top (3 SP) – totally a necessity today!

I love your snap posts! I’m a visual person, so seeing the pics really helps me see what I could eat for those points. Just one thing I would ask….can you please include updates on your weight loss. It would really help to know how much you are losing on this plan.

Thanks for the comment. I’ll try to work on posting my results weekly when I weigh in on a regular basis. I have occasionally share my net loss results for the month or weekly losses on my Sunday night post but do not always do this.To date I’ve lost 22.2 lbs.
