Daily Snap:Walk It!

Hi all! Today was a success on so many levels. I rocked one delicious 30 SmartPoints day, turned one of my meetings into a “walking meeting” then walked more at lunch and I didn’t cave into stressful eating even though I thought about it. I definitely earned my TV time tonight with 15K steps.

Daily Snap Recap:

B: Healthy Eggroll (Fried egg, Mission Extra Thin Yellow Corn Tortilla, Sargento RF cheddar, Sriracha) – 5 SP, 1/2 Mango sprinkled with unsweetened coconut

S:Grande Iced Nonfat Latte with caramel on top (3 SP)

L: 1/4 of the pan – Spin on this Stuffed Turkey Poblano Recipe that I made into a casserole – so good! (9 SP), Simple Salad with 1 Tbsp Newman’s Lite Lime Vinaigrette (1 SP), 2 cup watermelon

S: Grande Iced Nonfat Latte with caramel on top (3 SP) – totally a necessity today!

D: 5.5 oz BBQ Pork Chop (6 sp), 1/2 cup Healthy Potato Salad (3 SP), 1 cup grilled asparagus

30 Daily SmartPoints

I am a little hungry still so I’m planning on a bowl of fruit for dessert later tonight.

    I love your snap posts! I’m a visual person, so seeing the pics really helps me see what I could eat for those points. Just one thing I would ask….can you please include updates on your weight loss. It would really help to know how much you are losing on this plan.

      Hi Patti,

      Thanks for the comment. I’ll try to work on posting my results weekly when I weigh in on a regular basis. I have occasionally share my net loss results for the month or weekly losses on my Sunday night post but do not always do this.To date I’ve lost 22.2 lbs.
