Do-Over Dinner

Happy Friday all! I hope you all had a fantastic week and are ready to enjoy the weekend. Overall, my week has been great for hitting my exercise goals and 10K steps a day. My eats could be better but I’m proud of tracking it all and being honest with myself no matter what. I am glad my fruit and veggie aversion is gone.

My day started with this delicious Healthy Eggroll (Mission Extra Thin Yellow Corn tortilla with Sargento RF cheddar, a fried egg & sriracha) plus 1/2 an orange (3 sp).I grabbed a tall nonfat cappuccino with  caramel drizzle on top on my drive in (2 sp).We had a new hire lunch today at Cafe Bernardo which is fast becoming one of my favorite places.

As you all know, I pretty much only like raw salmon in sushi but occasionally I try it cooked because I want to like it.

This grilled salmon (cooked medium) salad was so amazing that I’d totally order it again.

The salmon melted in your mouth and paired well with the oranges, citrus vinaigrette, creamy avocado and salty sunflower seeds. (7 sp).I skipped dessert in favor of a short walk for coffee and a little 2 Smartpoint Dark Dove Love x 2 (4 sp).The Husband decided to have a do-over dinner and actually cook us dinner for his day.

Crunchy salads topped with balsamic (2 sp).4 oz grilled thin pork chop and grilled corn on the cob (5 sp).

Everything was so good but I think it always tastes better when someone else makes it for you 🙂22 Daily WWFreestyle Smartpoints, 11K steps

    Danica, this made me laugh because I did the same thing. I really wanted to like salmon so I would order it every once in a while to try again. Now I love it.
