Happy Hump Day all! You all are just awesome ~ Thanks for all the great ideas for how to handle going to 3 Holiday Parties in a row this weekend on my last post. I definitely plan on snacking before on a banana or other ZERO point fruit, then, picking only what sounds good to me that I cannot have all the time. I will most likely share so I only eat 1/3 or 1/2 of everything. Fingers cross, I rock it…..
I kept my breakfast pretty low in points because I wanted to “save” up for our afternoon treats.
I decided to add some greek yogurt for a little protein power. 4 Points+.
1 cup Strawberries
1 banana
1/2 cup 0% Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Organic Almond Milk
1 Tbsp Biscoff Spread
I had TWO fun stops to make at lunchtime to get things read for our Holiday Party on Friday.
2. My FAVORITE Baker, Annie The Baker’s Kitchen! Yes, it really IS bad to be so close to her kitchen
It was well past lunchtime and I was STARVING so I snacked on this Fiber One Strawberry Bar that I had in my car (3 points+).
Then, stopped by Grahams at Made in Napa Valley to pick up a Salad.
As much as I LOVE Made in Napa Valley products and everything their company stands for (sustainable, organic, all natural, etc.), this salad was just OK and not really worth $13.
(9 points+ estimate)
We celebrated the December Birthday’s at work today with Annie the Baker’s FAMOUS Dough Ball Cookies & Milk!! Totally better than CAKE in my book….ANY DAY!
Annie let me order MINI Cookies since I knew everyone would want to try every flavor because if I could do that, I would
I LOVE that she used Christmas Turbinado Sugar on the Suga Rainbow Cookies too!

Cocoa Loco
Chocolate Chip
Peanut Butter Peanut Cup
Annie ~ you are a GENIUS ~ the MINI’s were a total hit!!! Everyone kept coming back for more and they were gone faster than any treat we’ve ever had to date!!
To me these cookies are worth the points+ any day of the week. I picked my 3 FAVORITES and savored every bite! (6 points+ estimate)
Before heading out to do a little Christmas shopping, I had more some leftover Beef Stroganoff. I honestly think it tastes even better the next day (8 points+ estimate)
Q’s:
1. What is your FAVORITE cookie you’ve ever eaten or made?
My favorite cookies ever are by far Annie’s, but, I think she knows that since I’ve been obsessed with them for over 2 years LOL.
I am SO TIRED…..but, there is still so much to do.
Night all!

Gosh, these look incredible. I am drooling over the newest cookie fad, the dough ball. It only makes me so sad I have no baking skills because I know if I tired to make them, it would be disastrous! But I’m enjoying looking at everyone else enjoying them. 😉

i have to say – not much beats a homemade chocolate chip cookie, right out of the oven, but I DID have the chance to try her Toffee dough balls last year in SF and they were awesome!

Mine are mint merengues that my mom used to make and now the recipe is mine to carry the tradition.. it is basically a low fat cookie, but add the chocolate chips and DANG!!! they are no longer, but so, so good! When you first bite in to the cookie it is light, crisp and airy.. when you start chewing, it gets a little chewy and supremely chocolatey!! AND they are green!!!!
Let me know if you would like the recipe!
P.S… I love the look of the supreme chocolate dough ball…I assume they are cooked. I wonder how they keep the ball shape.

Those look delicious! Have you tried the recipe that was floating around the web that tries to reproduce her chocolate chip dough balls? I tried it and didn’t think it was all that special, but her cookies look and sound amazing. Almost makes me want to mail order them!

My favorite cookie ever was consumed after a night of drinking in Madison. As I was walking home I passed a Cookie truck! I walked up to the window and ordered the butterscotch oatmeal cookie. It was warm and oh so good. Hands down, best cookie ever!
