Happy Wednesday all! How was your day? I started my day with a 37 minute treadmill workout then whipped up another tasty scramble.
Breakfast repeats – 2 egg scramble with 2 slices Canadian Bacon, 1/2 Tbsp parmesan, 1/2 Tbsp whipped butter, chives (3 sp).Followed up with a tall nonfat cappuccino with caramel drizzle on the foam (2 sp).On my way into the office, we saw this Turkey gobbling away.He paused to look at us.Then went back to trying to ‘attack’ the other turkey in the window – it was funny to watch.Pre walk snack.I earned my lunch today walking to / from Wok of Flame for a big bowl of War Won Ton Soup.
