Hi all! How was your weekend? Our weekend was pretty good. After having a solid back in track week with Blue Dots every day and 10K steps every day but one, I lost 3 lbs this week – just about all of my vacation weight gain. I really enjoyed my WWFreestyle week!
My weekend activity included walking to the local harbor and back with The Husband. Plus doing Jillian Michael’s Body Revolution workout #1 that I downloaded on Hoopla for free. Omg, it doesn’t seem too hard but my muscles have been so sore all weekend.
We took a trip to Sam’s Club where I found a few new to me eats.
Sandwich Bros. Flat bread Egg White & Turkey Sausage Pockets.What I like about them? Real ingredients you can recognize and pronounce.Only 4 Smartpoints each.They taste pretty good too!2 Smartpoint Snacks!
I love Jarlsberg Swiss and now they cone in mini sticks. So, so good.I haven’t tried these Lorissa’s Kitchen Korean BBQ Jerky packs yet, but I cannot wait to.Just 2 SmartPoints a pack with a great ingredient list to boot.My food highlights – definitely my Zero Point Dinners!
I made this Tuscan Lentil & Chicken – skipping the stinky cheese and using Italian seasoning for the fennel.
I would’ve been happy just eating this pan on lentils and greens.However, adding a little Zero point crispy chicken makes it even better.I also whipped up a batch of this Zero Point Taco Soup Recipe.I love that it leaves you room to add fun toppings if you want to add points – cheese, chips, avocado or zero point 0% Greek yogurt for sour cream.
