Hi all! How was your Wednesday? Today was totally a day that I didn’t feel like it…..as in everything that came my way or that I knew I should do, I didn’t feel like it. But, I pushed those thoughts aside and pushed through checking it all off my list.
We fasted overnight for our Wellness check at my work with the promise of this delicious breakfast at Cafe Bernardo as our reward.
That first sip of my cappuccino was so good and totally helped my stomach stop eating itself from starvation lol (2 sp).I had the chicken apple sausage scramble without cheese plus the toast skipping the potatoes as I told myself to pick just one Carby thing. (9 sp).I got out in the sunshine for an hour long walk chatting away with my coworker. It was so nice to get out and definitely better than the treadmill (which I didn’t feel like).
I came back to this tasty Frito Salad I made up using our leftovers.
Tossed salad with 1/2 cup Turkey Taco filling, 1/2 oz 2% sharp cheddar, hot sauce and one bag of his chili cheese Fritos (9 sp).On the drive home The Husband asked for Jersey Mike’s which was perfect since I didn’t feel like cooking.

The best part – I made it through the day with decent eats, a workout, posting (yep I didn’t want to either lol) and now it’s time for the new Survivor!
