Happy Monday all! I did not wake up this morning with happy thoughts about working out. I decided to ignore the little voices in my head and focus on how good I’d feel for knocking out my workout. It was a tough C25K 5.1 but I did it and that is what really matters.
The first part of my day was Induction training where we get to learn about all our entities, departments, research and seed philosophies. It’s actually very interesting – I came home like a school kid to tell The Husband all about it.
I knew breakfast was being provided so I made sure to eat before I left the house.
It was such a cool surprise to see our breakfast were these Jacquet Brossard pastries. What makes them cool???
We produce the seeds, the flour and the pastries. Crepes from France and Waffles from Belgium.I brought mine home to The Husband….his favorite is the waffle, then the Nutella crepe then strawberry but he wants them all in his lunches lol.
My other geek out moment…the bar codes scan in the WW app.My zero point breakfast was the same as yesterday – 2 scrambled eggs with mango & blueberries.
Mid morning snack.
Our lunch was catered by Panera – I picked the Turkey Caesar Box.
8 Smartpoints for my sandwich and 4 for the chips….not really worrh it.
I only used a little dressing counting this as 2 SmartPoints.
I looked up Panera Chocolate Chip cookies – 18 sp!! I decided to only have a bite for 4 sp.
Our training included more swag – I love this little bottle and clip.
Mid afternoon snack – 2 Tbsp pistachios and a cutie (2 sp).
The Husband “cooked” our dinner tonight making these beautiful salads with Tangy Tomato Dressing (1 sp).
Then, leftover Lazy Chicken Enchiladas and FF green chili refried beans (7 sp).

Night all!

Did he use Splenda or regular sugar and what was the serving size for the dressing? I’m thinking 2T?
Hi Kristine,
Regular sugar and you are correct, the serving size is 2 Tbsp.
Thanks,
Danica
