Hi all! How was your weekend? We had a blast this weekend celebrating the finale of my birthday week with our family. I maintained at weigh in this week and I am happy with that. I’ve enjoyed being spoiled by everyone eating everything I wanted in moderation. This week, I am back to my daily workouts and healthy eats.
After having lunch with our family, my nieces/nephews wanted to take us to tour the Jelly Belly Factory. It’s such a fun tour and it doesn’t hurt you get free Jelly Belly’s at the end. There is also a sample bar where we had fun giving each other Bean Boozled (gross) flavors to try.Fun Facts – you get 6 Jelly Belly’s for 1 Smartpoint.The warehouse has so many Jelly Belly’s in every stage of the 7-14 day bean creation process.Much of the process is automated.All the boxes below contain individual flavors. They line up the conveyor belt with each recipe (think 50 flavors) and press buttons as they go. Once all buttons are pressed they get mixed and packaged.Today we road tripped, gambled a bit and antiqued along the way. I whipped up a new recipe for this super easy and cheesy Turkey & Black Bean Enchilada Skillet for dinner. Recipe coming up this week.
