Happy Survivor Day all! Do you all have a Survivor favorite yet? I have to say as much as I love Survivor, I am having a hard time finding anyone I love this season. I hope that changes soon.

Today’s breakfast was on the go – Scrambled eggs plus a Trader Joe’s Hash brown patty “fried” in 1 teaspoon avocado oil (5 sp).Plus one fantastic tall nonfat cappuccino with caramel drizzle on the foam only (2 sp).Before lunch, we headed out in the sunshine for a 50 minute walk. It was such a beautiful day it was hard to convince myself to go back inside.I had leftover Instant Pot Lazy Lasagna for lunch (I promise the recipe is coming soon) – 8 sp.I was still hungry so I snacked on a Sumo orange and Trader Joe’s Lite String Cheese (2 sp).Dinner tonight was so good, easy and just 5 points!

Nature’s Own Toasted butter bread topped with a little smashed avocado, greens, tomato, a “fried” egg and 2 slices Trader Joe’s 1 point bacon.

I could eat this every day….22 Daily WWFreestyle Smartpoints, 12K steps

I have to confess that I have been staring down the Voodoo Chips all night….I may give in but I am trying not yo as I am not hungry.

    Thanks for the wonderful recipes, Danica! This BLT toast is delicious. I’m with you…I could eat it every day. I’m looking forward to the instant pot lasagne recipe!
