Hi all! How was your Monday? My day started off on the right foot, figuratively and literally. I was up early to hop on the treadmill for a 36 minute bonding session.
Post workout Healthy Eggroll with berries (3 sp).I grabbed a tall nonfat cappucino on my drive in lieu of getting gas. I probably should’ve got gas as I took my car to 1 mile to take everyone to lunch – oops 🙂 2 sp.
We had a bank meeting lunch at Bistro 33 and there were so many appetizers.
Crab & Artichoke DipHummus & Pita BreadBuffalo chicken wings (not pictured) and these criss cross fries.I feel proud I stuck to my sample plate for just a taste and felt satisfied. (4 sp)Then ordered the grilled lemon chicken salad with balsamic on the side. (7 sp)We also celebrated March / April birthdays late afternoon. I cut the cakes for everyone, had a couple frosting bites and it was easy to pass on a slice as it didn’t sound good.
How I wish I knew how to make my taste buds think that way on so many different foods!Dinner involved pretty much zero cooking aside from heating and making up another salad.
