Hi all! How was your weekend? Our weekend has been super busy but good. We were up early and out the door this morning to head to the Sacramento Antique Fair. The first stop though…Starbucks!
Grande iced nonfat latte with caramel on top (3 sp).We had breakfast at the fair splitting this bacon, egg and pico de gallo burrito. (4 sp).
On our way back into town and before I started meal prepping, we had Jersey Mike’s.
I ordered the Mini Turkey & Provolone “Mike’s way” with jalapenos & pepperoncini. Everything about this sandwich is good but the juice aka olive oil, red wine vinegar & oregano make it awesome and worth the points.
8 sp for my sandwich and 3 sp for my chips.I snacked on some cantaloupe and watermelon while cutting them up for the week.
For lunches this week, I made a new version of these Spicy Peanut Noodles with teriyaki chicken meatballs.I also made up a lasagna and put it in the fridge to make dinner easy.
After all that, I logged in and got some work done. I am having a hungry day so I decided to boost my nectarine snack with a little 0% Greek yogurt and 1 Tbsp sunflower seeds (1 sp).The Husband “bragged” he made dinner because he put this Lasagna Belmont I prepared earlier in the oven.
I’ll give him that because he did cut up this fantastic salad to go with it.
