Happy Friday all! Today was such a GOOD FOOD day….It was my week to stock up for Farmer’s Market Friday’s at work and I think I could’ve bought everything at the market. It’s SO FUN to be able to spend someone else’s moohlah, support local farmers and then dig in the next day 😀
We also headed out to TR2 for a Birthday Celebration for one of my co-workers. I ventured out and traded in one of my juicy, shredded chicken tacos for a CHEESE enchilada. It was good, but, I just really think NOTHING compares to juicy chicken tacos topped with HOT SAUCE & GUACAMOLE!
Dinner was The Husband’s Choice ~ Carne Asada salads….I LOVE it because it’s EASY and delicious.
I am sooooo ready for a relaxing, but, fun filled weekend ~ I have some fun NEW recipes planned that I can’t wait to make and share. I think there might be a little road trip planned too….

Ok YUMMMM!! I went to trader’s for fruit my Farmers Market blows!! LOL I love when Iam in Ventura at my mom’s hers is great. I gained this week at my WI only 1/2 a lb. not bad we were on vacation so I was not on program very well! Atleast I weighed in I have not missed a WI since I joined…Have a great weekend! Also those taco’s looked sooo good!
