Quick Buffalo Ranch Chopped Salad

Happy Friday Eve all! I love that you all LOL at the Tomato Jokes on yesterday’s Wordless Wednesday.  I laugh every time I lift the “Lettuce Out” tab and I agree tomatoes have the best flavor on the counter too.

Today breakfast started with a healthy eggroll and berries (3 sp).I grabbed a grande iced nonfat latte on my drive in (3 sp). I also managed to have it drip down my white shirt on the first sip prompting an impromptu Target run for another shirt.I ran out at lunch today to check out Cinco de Mayo decorations for our work party stopping to refuel at Crepeville.

This is half a caprese salad with shrimp. I actually didn’t eat the cheese as it was too rich (3 sp).Plus a cup of vegan lentil soup (1 sp). I tried to resist the bread but managed to eat it all one bite at a time (4 sp).I snacked on a banana and cheese stick before heading home so I didnt devour everything when  I walked in the door (2 sp).Dinner was courtesy of The Husband as I cooked my dish for tomorrow. I was actually really excited to try this new Taylor Farms Chopped Buffalo Ranch salad.1 serving of salad (5 sp) topped with 3 oz buffalo chicken wings (5 sp). The funny part is I think I loved it more than him and it was his meal choice lol. I’d definitely buy the chicken again but try it with a different salad.26 Daily WWFreestyle Smartpoints, 8K steps

    Please tell me you aren’t eating any romaine lettuce or anything containing romaine! It’s been all over the news. Would hate to know you got sick trying to eat healthy. 😉
