Hi all! How was your day? While my day didn’t exactly go as planned, it turned out to be a great day. My lunchtime workout got taken over by meetings so I decided to turn my last meeting into a walking meeting to get in some steps. I kept telling myself something is always better than nothing even if it wasn’t the long workout I had planned. Success!
Foodwise – everything was simple, delicious and totally in my blue dot zone!
Zero point breakfast – 2 egg scramble plus berries.I was super hungry today, so along with my tall nonfat cappuccino (2 sp), I had a banana and 2 Tbsp pistachios (2 sp).My lunch today was totally thrown together quickly this AM as I rushed out the door.
1/2 Taylor Farms Broccoli Crunch mix with 1/3 of the dressing and toppers plus 2 oz turkey for protein staying power. (5 sp)I got in a quick walking meeting this after with coffee as the final destination. Totally my kind of meeting!
Tall iced nonfat decaf latte with a little caramel on top (2 sp).I honestly have been very vegetable adverse lately and just couldn’t have another salad at dinner. So, I turned my salad into this delicious burrito.
