Hi all! How was your Wednesday? I am super glad the week is half over (mentally) but there is still so much work to be done. I kicked off my day getting back on the treadmill. I am starting a new 10 Week Start To Run challenge with my coworker and I survived Day 1 today. (It’s like c25K).
Day 1 went like this:
Jog 1 minute, Walk 1 minute X’s 2
Jog 2 minutes, walk 2 minutes X’s 2
Jog 3 minutes, walk 3 minutes
I did add a 5 minute warm up and 8 minute walk at the end for a total of 31 minutes.
Post workout Healthy Eggroll plus a tall nonfat iced latte (5 sp).Last night my other coworker asked me if I wanted to have salad at Jack’s Urban Eats….ummm, YES!
I had the Santa Fe Chicken with ranch on the side.
Check out all the zero point ingredients: romaine, black beans, corn, jicama, roasted red bell pepper, tomatoes & chicken.
I counted points only for the tortilla chips & ranch – 5 sp – deal!We also shared this zero point chili lime corn – so good! I love summer corn.
We topped our lunch date off with small iced nonfat dirty lattes from Peet’s (3 sp).
I stopped for dinner at Chipotle to get my taco fix before heading to my hairdressers.
2 chicken tacos – 2 soft flour tortillas, chicken, fajita veggies, Pico de Gallo, corn salsa, a little cheese & lettuce (8 sp).23 Daily WWFreestyle Smartpoints, 10K steps (I added 2 points for the chips I snacked on at our late afternoon retirement party.)
