Sushi take two!

July 25, 2018 by DanicasDaily 5 Comments

Happy Wednesday all! I really feel like I am finally getting ahead of my workload and it makes me so ready to find balance in my life again. Time to workout, prep my lunches and snacks and cook our dinners. All of our visitors officially returned to France today so after this week, I hope my lunches out slow down. Maybe…lol.

Breakfast was exactly the same as yesterday because I loved it so much.

One slice Nature’s Own Butter Bread topped with 1/2 Tbsp whipped butter and a fried egg with watermelon on the side. Iamaged to have only 1/2 a cup of coffee too all day.Today’s lunch had been in the works for a bit as my coworker was taking us out to celebrate her good news. It’s so funny to me as I feel like we should be taking her, but, she said this is the Turkish way.

I feel like I need a drumroll here too…..she picked Mikunis.

We all shared everything and it was all phenomenal.

I had 1 piece of grilled Ahi and edamame. This appetizer was amazing and I have no idea how to count these.

Flaming Shrooms – Tempura mushrooms with crab mix, cream cheese, jalapenos, special sauce, shaved bonito flakes and onionsBenjamin Roll – I had 3 pieces for 4 sp.

Eel, seared tuna, panko shrimp, crab mix, avocado, jalapenos, sauce, torched, masago and onionFiesta Roll – I had 2 pieces for 2 sp.

Spicy tuna, crab mix, shrimp, cucumber, topped with white tuna, cilantro, spicy ponzu, sweet teriyaki sauce, masagoKaiser Roll – I had 2 pieces for 3 sp.

Yellowtail, seared tuna, avocado, cucumber, spicy tuna, crab mix, panko shrimp, sauce, masago and onionI did give in a little in the afternoon making a mini root beer float with our leftovers from yesterday. It was so good. (5 sp).

We made build your own Healthy Nachos for dinner. Here is what is on my plate:

  • 1 oz Tostito Cantina Thin Chips (5 sp)
  • Zero Point Turkey Taco Meat
  • 1/2 oz Trader Joe’s Lite Mexican Cheese (1 sp)
  • 2 Tbsp Tostito’s Nacho Cheese (1 sp)
  • Tomato, sweet peppers, jalapeno, green onion, lettuce (added after)
  • 1 slice avocado (1 sp)

25 WWFreestyle Smartpoints (then 10 for my mushroom maybe), 6K steps

Off to watch the big fish which I almost feel guilty saying eating so much fish the past two days lol.

Night all!

      Hi Terri,

Sorry for the delay in responding.I count my all fish rolls by searching spicy tuna roll or rainbow roll. I count the ones with tempura shrimp on the inside by searching tempura shrimp roll. I then change the serving to pieces and add how many pieces I had. If you like sashimi it’s all zero. Most rolls are about 1 point per piece, brown rice I think might be less. California rolls you get 6 pieces for 4 points. You can see the rolls by searching sushi.

      Thanks

Flaming shrooms look amazing! All those rolls do, but I only eat cooked so that limits my sushi choices. I love your photos and recipes. Going to try the mini blueberry muffins next!
