Happy Hearts Day all! How are you all doing? I think that my days should officially settle down now at work so I can get back to my regularly scheduled posts. Before jumping into all the “sweet” things from today, I wanted to share another cool work thing.

They ordered these beautiful treats from Ettores. He also gave me this 1 year award with my name and jalapenos on it. But, the absolute best thing is this 1 Year Book. It’s filled with sayings and pictures with everyone signing it with personal messages. I was so touched….seriously thoughtful! The icing on the cake – he also took The Husband and I out to dinner at Morgan’s On Main to say Thanks for all my hard work this past year.
Even though I could not finish it, this Cajun Sea Bass with pineapple salsa, green scallion sticky rice and roasted squash was amazing! This morning, I whipped up this tasty 2 egg scrambled with chicken apple sausage for (3 sp).I grabbed a tall nonfat cappuccino on my drive in (2 sp).
