Hi All! As our vacation winds down and I am hopeful work levels off when I return, I wanted to pop in really quickly to say Hiya. I plan on getting back into my groove this week which means back to posting regularly and sharing some of our really cool travel adventures + eats this past month. I have definitely missed everyone and am thankful to have such great friends checking in on me. I look forward to getting back on track with everyone…whipping up some tasty menus, new recipes and making the scale go down again.
Thank you for being patient, for the emails/Facebook messages/tweets/comments – I am super behind on responding but I will get back to everyone and I’ll be back to posting again soon!

I have missed your posts. You are a big inspiration to me as far as ideas for weight loss and stuff. I am doing Weight Watchers online. I track all my points. I have lost 37 pounds in a year.
