Happy Monday all! How was your day? I actually had a pretty decent day getting back on track. I chose to sleep versus my AM workout but made sure to make up for it with an hour long walk at lunch.
The Husband made us breakfast while I got ready – Healthy Eggroll (3 sp).I grabbed this delicious Chinese Chicken Salad from our local grocery store (Nugget) for a fast lunch. I feel super proud of that as it really was what I needed post vacation. (7 sp)
Late afternoon snack – Trader Joe’s Lite Cheddar Stick plus 1 Tbsp pistachios (3 sp).
The Husband also made us dinner – yep, I am super spoiled today.
4 oz boneless BBQ pork rib (5 sp), grilled corn, salad with 1 Tbsp Trader Joe’s Sesame dressing (2 sp)Dessert (always pick the biggest one when you are only having one 🙂 – See’s Candy 4 sp
