The Chocolatey goal

December 12, 2018 by DanicasDaily Leave a Comment

Happy Wednesday all! I had two goals in mind for today. Stay on track during my working lunch picking the lowest point entree so I would have room for dessert tonight….the Christmas Crack my mom dropped off yesterday.

I started my day with a scrambled egg and Trader Joe’s Sweet Maple Chicken Apple Sausage (4 sp).I managed to resist snacking so I’d have plenty of points for the day.

We had a working lunch at Wok of Flame.

Our shared starter Spicy Garlic Edamame….I honestly could eat all of this – it’s so good!Hot n Sour Soup (2 Smartpoints)I feel so proud of my lunch – I know this plate looks huge but I promise it’s not lol.

I went with Broccoli Chicken (it’s only 1 Smartpoint per cup) and picked 1 potsticker and steamed veggies for my sides.

I used the sauce from my chicken and chili sauce to flavor the veggies – so so good!

All together with my fortune cookie this came in at 4 Smartpoints.I did give into an afternoon Starbucks nonfat cappuccino on our way back. (2 sp).

In my head, this low point dinner totally made sense. In reality, um, I’ve had so many vegetables today!

2.5 oz grilled pork chop (3 sp) plus 1 cup snap peas tossed with whipped butter, garlic salt & pepper (1 sp).The best part of all those veggies…..having enough points left for 3 of these chocolatey peanutty, salty/sweet treats.

Yep, she spoiled The Husband with an entire batch of Christmas Crack….I am still trying to convince him to share with others šŸ˜‰Chocolatey goal met!

I have nothing to say about Survivor tonight because I think it shouldve gone down differently lol.

Night all!
