I honestly think this scale is a great motivator to watch your numbers change whether you are trying to lose weight or boost your muscle mass. I would LOVE to have this kind of scale. Mine just measures weight. I am on track to becoming more healthy and have lost 45 pounds so far, but still have a long way to go. I need to lose at least 60 more pounds, so as you can see I really need all the help I can get!
