Happy Double Survivor Day all! Today has been such a fun day. I was up early and on the treadmill to check off my workout and get my head in a good place to make smart choices all day. The Husband decided to totally spoil me today too.
He made coffee and brought it into me while I was in the shower….then, he made breakfast for us and packed snacks for me. I haven’t yet figured out what he wants, but, I’ll take it!
Healthy Eggroll with blueberries (3 sp).
I grabbed a tall nonfat cappuccino (2 sp) on my way in and couldn’t wait for snack #1 Veggies with Almond Butter (2 sp)
A group of us at work participated in this Community Outreach Project today where we worked together to build owl houses to give to local farmers.
We started with this…..
I learned I am not so good using an electric drill but we still managed to build this Owl Barn.
After sanding it, blowing it off with an air compressor, we painted our box – so so fun!
We skipped the pizza they gave us and grabbed lunch at Cafe Bernardo.
I got the Grilled Salmon Salad I love so much (7 WWFreestyle Smartpoints)
After lunch, we got in more steps walking for coffee too.
Late afternoon I grabbed snack #2 from the stack of snacks The Husband packed me.
Trader Joe’s Lite Cheddar Stick with 4 club crackers (4 sp).
On my drive home, he requested Buckhorn for Survivor night.
I had the Yik Yak Salad with chicken, dressing on the side and skipped the tortilla (it’s not special) 5 WWFreestyle Smartpoints
